Marketing Manager Jericson Paragas brings approximately 15 years of rich, dynamic experience and a unique storytelling approach to the OMR Property team. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management alongside a Master of Business in Marketing from The University of Queensland, Jeric masterfully combines technical strategy with creative brilliance. Before transitioning his talents into property marketing, he spent nearly a decade leading impactful digital campaigns as a Digital Marketing Manager at aecc, which followed a successful earlier career in radio broadcasting and event promotions in Hong Kong. Fluent in English and Tagalog, with a practical knack for different languages, his diverse background allows him to seamlessly blend creativity, structure, and a genuine care for people into everything he does.

Driven by his core values of faith, family, and service with compassion and purpose, Jeric was drawn to OMR Property by the true genuineness of the team and their collaborative spirit. He believes that true success means showing up with heart rather than just competence, always striving to listen deeply, understand pain points, and make the lives of clients and colleagues a little bit easier. This dedication to helping others reach their goals perfectly mirrors his favourite Denzel Washington motto, which emphasises that without commitment you will never start and without consistency you will never finish. When he is not elevating the OMR brand, Jeric loves playing basketball, singing and playing guitar, and enjoying quality time with his family over a hot long black coffee and some fried chicken.
